In the living area we have leather couches, the tables, chairs and bedroom furniture is Indian Hardwood in a “rustic” style. The patio doors open out to the pool/terrace area.

The satellite TV has all UK Freeview channels, we also have a DVD/CD player. A sound system is installed throughout the villa which plays via ceiling speakers which can be independently controlled.

Also for your use, we have a free wireless broadband connection, all you need to do is bring your laptop!

The dining/kitchen area is open plan with the table seating six and room for two more at the breakfast bar.

The house is suitable for use all year round with full air conditioning for your comfort, with ducted heat and a log burning fire for cooler nights.

We have two double bedrooms both with dressing table/chest of drawers with large mirror above, a bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobes. Keypad safes are installed inside two of the wardrobes so that you dont need to carry all your worldly goods with you when going out. 

There is an en-suite bathroom with a full size bath with shower over, toilet, inlaid sink with storage cupboard under and a tiled walk-in shower.

Two twin bedrooms have two single beds and bedside cabinets. One of the twin rooms has a fitted wardrobe.

The second bathroom is a large family bathroom with full size bath with shower over, toilet, sink and tiled shelving.

Both bathrooms have plugs for shavers with an adaptor. A hairdryer is supplied for your use.
All bedlinen is provided together with bathroom towels, beach and pool towels are not provided.

Casa Velsheda sits within 2.5 acres of sloping ground covered with Olive and Almond trees and far reaching views toward The Montes De Malaga National Park and surrounding hills.

The land is gated with an entry phone and fully fenced to add to your complete privacy. Access is only 200 yards off a tarmac road (this is very important as some houses can be a long drive down steep unmade tracks, which can possibly spoil your enjoyment of staying in this beautiful area of Spain)

The pool is 8m x 4m and the depth at the shallow end is only half a metre and is ideal for young children. The whole pool area is walled and gated, again, making it very safe for youngsters. Sun loungers and chairs are provided around the pool.

For the evenings there is lighting around the whole of the pool area. We have recently had a large sun terrace built which provides shade for the hotter parts of the day with table and seating great for your outdoor dining. The upper terrace is perfect for your evening drinks and to admire the fantastic uninterrupted views towards the Montes De Malaga National Park.

In the utility room there is a washing machine and clothes dryer, cushions for loungers, large sun parasol, inflatable pool toys for the children. There is an outdoor shower for you to use with the hose and the essential gas barbecue as you will probably find you will use this more than preparing your meals in the kitchen during the hot summer months.
